Bill Pristanski joined government officials at the groundbreaking of a 36-storey apartment building in SmartVMC, a major SmartCentres real estate project in Vaughan, Ontario.
SmartVMC is a 100-acre master planned community by SmartCentres, featuring five condo and rental towers as well as a one-acre park, and 25,000 square feet of amenity space. It’s adjacent to the new Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station.
Dignitaries at the groundbreaking included Steve Clark, minister of municipal affairs and housing, Stephen Lecce, minister of education and MPP for King—Vaughan, and Vaughan Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua.
